The season finale of hit BBC One drama Sherlock is to be screened at Altrincham’s Vue Cinema.
The concluding episode of series four, Sherlock: The Final Problem, will be shown on January 15th at 8.45pm.
The feature length special will be preceded by 15 minutes of exclusive footage.
Written and created by Steven Moffat and Mark Gatiss and inspired by the works of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, Sherlock stars Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman in the iconic roles of Sherlock Holmes and Doctor Watson.
Sherlock: The Six Thatchers was the most watched programme over the festive season, across all channels, with 11.3 million viewers tuning in, according to consolidated viewing data issued today.
The 90-minute episode, which aired on New Year’s Day 2017, achieved a consolidated audience share of 37.8%.
