A man has been charged after a series of indecent exposures in Trafford, including one close to Timperley Metrolink station.

Takunda Bere, 22, of Ascot Avenue in Sale, has been charged with 14 indecency offences and four driving offences.

He has been remanded and is appearing at Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court today.

A number of indecent exposures were reported to Greater Manchester Police in Trafford between June 22nd and June 28th.

One of the incidents occurred at around 8.30pm on Sunday June 28th, when a man was seen publicly exposing himself on the canal towpath close to the tram stop in Timperley.

And at around 9.40pm on the same day, a man driving a red car on Framingham Road in Sale exposed himself to a teenage girl after stopping to ask directions.

Bere has been charged with four driving offences from an incident on June 28th – allegedly driving a car dangerously, without a licence, without insurance and a failure to stop.
