“Exciting independent brands” are being sought to fill a new pop-up shop in Altrincham town centre.

The Stamford Quarter is giving businesses the chance to take over a specially created ‘blank canvas’ store on George Street for between one and six weeks.

It will give small and independent businesses the chance to trial a first bricks and mortar concept with minimum risk.

Businesses will be charged weekly bills and rates as well as a ‘fit-out’ charge. The contract offers amenities such as rearrangeable fittings, window display opportunities and a separate social media account for promotion.

James Tootle, Head of Retail at Bruntwood Works, said: “Brands will be able to drop into a ready-made store environment right in the heart of Altrincham.

“It’s all been designed for minimum fuss and maximum flexibility to allow businesses to focus on their product and customer experience.”

Interested businesses should contact ryan.johnson@bruntwood.co.uk or jessica@barkerproudlove.co.uk.
