Hibbert Homes has opened an office in Sale, its third in the area.
The estate agent, which was launched in Hale village in 2012 by friends Adrian Hibbert and Will Magdzinski, has opened a new branch on School Road in the town.
It adds another patch in Greater Manchester to Hibbert Homes’ books.
In 2021, the company acquired a Stockport lettings business The Carrington Partnership which enabled it to expand into Bramhall, Hazel Grove and Marple.
The new Sale office came about when an opportunity arose to take over the Trading Places unit.
Will Magdzinski told us: “Having a third office is a great step and we want to continue enhancing Hibbert Homes’ coverage across South Manchester.
“We have always wanted to be in Sale town centre. When the opportunity came to take over Trading Places we couldn’t resist.
“We are so happy we now have an office in this thriving town centre and look forward to working with all our existing and future clients.”
