Work has begun on a new development of luxury apartments in Bowdon.
Named Rosemount after the Rose Hill area of Bowdon where it is located, the scheme will will include four large, two-bedroomed single level apartments - each with its own floor and private elevator entrance, balcony and secure underground parking - and one three-bedroomed town house.
Hardy Mills Properties LLP is behind the development, which sits on a patch of vacant land between South Downs Road and Langham Road.
It has a total value of £6million and is expected to be ready by summer 2025. Skyline is the construction partner and it's designed by Ollier Smurthwaite Architects.
