Channel 4 property programme Location, Location, Location is looking for house-hunters in the Altrincham area to take part in its new series.
The channel is currently airing the 41st series of the hit format, which continues to be presented by property experts Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer.
But the show is already casting for its next series, to be filmed next month - and they want chain-free house-hunters in the Altrincham and wider Greater Manchester area to get in touch.
Maddi Scott, a casting researcher at IWC Media which makes the programme for Channel 4, said: "We are casting for the new series, and we are interested in hearing from chain free house hunters in Manchester and the surrounding areas.
"Applications are now open and we're looking to spread the word to the community to encourage Manchester's house hunters to apply and get the help they need!"
She said they were looking for individuals, families and couples - and anyone from first-time buyers to downsizers.
Scott added: "As part of Channel 4's ongoing commitment to achieving greater inclusivity on screen, we strongly encourage candidates of all backgrounds and identities to apply."
