Three-bed Broadheath house with "fantastic" garden is one of Zoopla's most-viewed properties

It's more viewed than a 25-bed country house.

A three-bed terraced house in Broadheath possessing what is described as a "fantastic" garden has been named one of Zoopla's most viewed properties for February.

The chain-free house on Woodstock Road is set on a large plot, according to estate agents Admove, and is priced at £300,000.

It was the second most-viewed property last month on Zoopla, the property website, beaten only by a £200,000 three-bed terrace in Norwich.

Inside, the ground floor features a welcoming entrance hall leading to a lounge with a wood-burning fire, and there's also a kitchen, WC and some useful under-stairs storage.

From the kitchen, patio doors open into a lean-to, providing access to the well-maintained rear garden, which estate agents describe as a fantastic size.

Upstairs, the first floor comprises three bedrooms and a shower room, with the master bedroom positioned at the front of the property.

Externally, a stoned driveway offers parking for multiple cars, while a gated side entrance provides additional access to the lean-to and rear garden.

The top five most viewed properties are completed by a 25-bed Cambridgeshire country house on sale for offers over £1.75m, a £400,000 three-bed detached house in Neath and a stunning, two-bed house in rural Argyll, on sale for £275,000.
