Adapted by Simon Stephens from the best-selling novel by Mark Haddon, this deeply moving play tells the story of Christopher Boone, a 15-year-old boy with an exceptional mind for mathematics but who struggles to interpret the world around him.

When he discovers his neighbour’s dog has been mysteriously killed, he embarks on a journey that will challenge his perceptions of trust, family and identity.

The play masterfully explores themes of neurodiversity, family struggles and mental health, making it an insightful and poignant theatrical experience.

Joseph Meighan, Artistic Director of Altrincham Garrick Playhouse, said: "This production promises to be visually impressive and emotionally powerful, bringing Christopher’s world to life with fresh, innovative storytelling and a talented cast of emerging actors.”

Altrincham Garrick Playhouse is supporting I AM, a Manchester-based charity dedicated to empowering autistic individuals.

The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time will run between Monday 3rd February and Saturday 9th February. For tickets, call the box office on 0161 928 1677 or visit the website.
