A brand new pop-up bar is coming to Altrincham’s Stamford Quarter.
Boozy Cocktail Bar, which will open in the revamped Stamford Square tomorrow, will offer a selection of freshly made cocktails, as well as a range of local beers, lagers and IPAs from the likes of Seven Brothers and Dunham Brewery.
Served from a funky mobile bar decked out with neon lights, instagrammable flowers and greenery, the signature cocktail menu will include classics like Espresso Martinis, Long Island Iced Teas and Margaritas.
Weekly specials will also be available, with a Dragon Fruit Mojito and Candyfloss Cosmopolitan both launching on August 22nd.
Guests will have the choice to enjoy their drinks in the Stamford Quarter, with additional seating provided by Boozy in Stamford Square.
There will also be the option to take the cocktails away in cans to enjoy at home.
Open seven days a week from 9am to 10pm, Boozy Cocktail Bar is the latest addition to the line-up of cafes, restaurants and entertainment venues in the Stamford Quarter.
Both Starbucks and Lane7 recently opened in Stamford Quarter’s Foundation building, with Nell’s and Yum Cha set to open in the autumn.
