Local law firm Myerson Solicitors has been confirmed as the headline sponsor for The Brit Fest, the world-class new festival coming to Altrincham next summer.
The three-day event, which will take place from July 5-7 2024 in the grounds of Ashley Hall & Showground, has already unveiled an outstanding line-up of live music from British artists.
Headline acts include Scouting For Girls, Kim Wilde, Heather Small, The Feeling, Fleur East, Cast, Tom Bailey of the Thompson Twins, Starsailor, Toploader, Reef, Dodgy, Lottery Winners, Hot Chocolate, Nik Kershaw, Paul Young, The Christians, The Bluetones and Tunde Baiyewu from The Lighthouse Family.
Myerson, headquartered on Barrington Road, has worked with the festival's organisers, Anthony and Edward Prophet, before and believe their values and goals align perfectly with new event.
The firm's CEO, Carl Newton, said: “We chose to sponsor a music festival because we recognise the tremendous impact that music and cultural events have on society.
“When approached by The Brit Fest team to lend our support, we were happy to contribute to an event that can greatly benefit local businesses in Altrincham, while simultaneously celebrating with the community."
In addition to a full programme of live music, the festival will boast an entire weekend of fun activities to keep the family entertained on the 100-acre site.
Attractions will include a vintage fairground, white knuckle rides, free family cinema, woodcraft and whittling, food and drink festival, artisan market and garden party, as well as a chance to meet Team GB athletes and the Extreme Mountain Bike Show.
