Broadheath company takes entire floor of flagship Altrincham development

The business has onboarded one million customers in just nine months.

TGG has become the latest high-profile business to make Foundation its home, with the digital marketing agency signing a deal to occupy the entire third floor of Altrincham's flagship development.

The Broadheath-founded company has secured 13,811 square feet in the landmark town centre building, marking its largest move yet as it enters its next growth phase after driving over £2.3 billion in client sales.

The relocation comes on the back of impressive company performance, with TGG onboarding one million customers in just nine months and delivering high-profile campaigns for charities, including one founded by Game of Thrones actress Emilia Clarke.

What started as a Broadheath-based business has evolved into a digital powerhouse with specialisms spanning lead generation, e-commerce marketing, cryptocurrency marketing and Shopify development.

The company's innovative strategies have caught the attention of tech giants, securing partnerships with Meta and TikTok.

The agency has generated over 6 million leads and handled 3.3 million cases for legal sector clients alone.

The agency's entrepreneurial spirit extends beyond client work. TGG's own collagen supplement brand, Reverse Life, launched in 2020 to help founder Mark Shephard's mother, has become a remarkable e-commerce success story. The brand has sold over 30 million doses to 200,000 customers and earned an impressive 17,000 positive Trustpilot reviews.

Foundation's third floor will provide TGG's expanding team with state-of-the-art facilities designed around wellbeing and productivity.

The space includes a dedicated wellness studio complete with showers, changing rooms and vanity areas, plus secure bike storage for environmentally-conscious commuters.

TGG joins a roster of businesses at Foundation that includes global sports marketing agency SPORTFIVE, gaming startup ForthStar, NES Recruitment and hospitality brands Nell's and Starbucks. The building also houses Lane7, the boutique bowling and leisure venue.

Foundation itself has garnered recognition for its sustainable design approach, recently winning Best Refurbished and Recycled Workplace at the BCO Northern Awards.

"We're delighted to welcome TGG to the growing community at Foundation," said Sharon Johnson, Head of Commercial at Bruntwood, which developed the site in partnership with Trafford Council. "Their arrival adds to the dynamic mix of innovative, forward-thinking businesses that are helping to shape Altrincham's future."

Councillor Liz Patel, Trafford Council's Executive Member for Economy and Regeneration, said: "We're thrilled that TGG has chosen Foundation as their new home. Altrincham town centre is rapidly evolving into a vibrant hub for enterprise."

TGG founder and director Chris Niebel added: "Foundation's dynamic space perfectly complements our fast-paced way of working. We truly believe we've found a home that will foster growth, spark creativity and drive innovation."

There's now just one 3,000 square foot suite remaining at Foundation.
