Pokémon: Detective Pikachu

Tim Goodman (Justice Smith) is the son of a prominent detective and a former Pokémon trainer. After his father disappears, Tim ends up in Ryme City, where people and Pokémon live in harmony. However, his life is turned upside down when the fluffy and wise-cracking Detective Pikachu (Ryan Reynolds) breaks into his home.

While Pokémon usually can’t communicate with humans, Detective Pikachu discovers that Tim is uniquely able to hear what he’s saying. It also turns out that the electric Pokémon is Tim’s father’s old partner – and so Tim and Detective Pikachu come to join forces to solve the mystery of his parent’s disappearance.

Detective Pikachu is a fun family mystery starring Justice Smith (Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom), Kathryn Newton (Ben Is Back, Blockers and Three Billbooards Outside Ebbing, Missouri) and the voice of Ryan Reynolds (Deadpool 2). It features popular Pokémon characters and is sure to bring plenty of laughs.

John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum

Halle Berry (Kingsman: The Golden Circle) stars in this thrilling action film, alongside Keanu Reeves (The Matrix trilogy, Replicas) and Ian McShane (Jawbone), who reprise their roles as the legendary hitman and unforgiving crime lord respectively. The third instalment of the action-packed franchise is as entertaining as its prequels.

To make things worse, the High Table have placed a $14 million price tag on his head, and the whole world wants a piece of it…

X-Men: Dark Phoenix

Almost a decade after the events of X-Men: Apocalypse, the X-Men continue to go on dangerous and heroic missions. But one of their own could be about to tear the mutant collective, and the universe, apart…

While out on a rescue mission, Jean Grey (Sophie Turner) is hit by a cosmic force and almost killed. Although she survives, something dark has awakened inside of her, giving her incredible powers – but also making her highly unstable.

Sophie Turner (Game of Thrones), James McAvoy (Atomic Blonde), Jennifer Lawrence (Red Sparrow) and Michael Fassbender (Alien: Covenant) star in this latest film in the X Men franchise, where the divide between good and evil is as blurred as ever.

This heart-warming tale of adventure is perfect for all the family, and stars Kathryn Prescott (Dude, Finding Carter), Betty Gilpin (Isn’t it Romantic, Future ’38, GLOW), Josh Gad (Beauty and the Beast, Frozen, The Angry Birds Movie) and Dennis Quad (The Pretenders, The Day After Tomorrow, In Good Company).

Family Favourite

Captain Marvel

Set in the 1990s, Captain Marvel sees Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) discovering for the first time that super-humans walk among us, and just in time, too.

An inter-galactic war has broken out, and Earth is caught in the middle. All of the usual protections won’t be enough to save the planet from destruction, and it will take a truly incredible force to keep the world safe.

Brie Larson, who previously starred in Kong: Skull Island and won Best Actress at the 88th Academy Awards for 2015’s Room, takes the leading role of Carol Danvers, Marvel’s most powerful superhero. Samuel L. Jackson (Django Unchained, The Avengers) is set to return as fan-favourite Nick Fury, while Jude Law (Sherlock Holmes) joins the MCU as Walter Lawson, aka Mar-Vell.

Leaving Soon

Dumbo

Dumbo is a live-action reimagining of Disney’s classic 1941 animation directed by the prolific Tim Burton, celebrated for his work on Alice In Wonderland, Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children, and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

Starring Colin Farrell (Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them), Eva Green (Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children) and Danny DeVito (The Lorax), Dumbo also features Michael Keaton (Spider-Man: Homecoming) and Alan Arkin (Marley & Me) in a reimagining that will amaze, delight, and melt your heart – but there’s not long left to see the remake of the classic…
