The organiser of the UK’s first Fizz Festival has partnered with Hale Wine Bar to launch a new club for fans of Champagne and sparkling wine.
Each Fizz Club event will involve a tasting of five different sparkling wines, chef-prepared canapes and a ‘fizz quiz’ with prizes.
The first event, a Prosecco Special, will be held at Hale Wine Bar on June 22nd – tickets are priced £20 each and can be purchased here.
It will feature ‘Prosecco Pete’ from Con Gusto, who will present a selection of artisan and premium Prosecco, as well as a Franciacorta Fizz.
Organiser Janet Harrison, from Cracking Wine, enjoyed huge success with the inaugural Fizz Festival at Altrincham Town Hall last November, which 400 attended.
She said: “People keep asking me when the next fizz event is – they don’t want to wait until November!
“I’m also really thrilled with the venue at the newly re-furbished Hale Wine Bar. We will be holding this upstairs for an exclusive feel and then people can test their new found fizz knowledge in the bar afterwards, should they wish.”
