A giant heated Big Top is to host nine days of community focused events this Christmas – in the grounds of the Bulls Head in Hale Barns.
The new initiative, which will run from December 10th to December 18th, will host a Christmas Market, community carols, concerts and a winter version of the annual Hale Barns Carnival.
The nine-day spectacular will feature:
Friday 10th December – Local Radio DJ Darren Proctor will bring his ultimate party night experience back with Darren Proctor’s Grown Up Disco. 7pm | Tickets: £15.
Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th December – The Big Top will host the Hale Barns Christmas Market, featuring local food outlets, shopping, bars, celebrity appearances, live music and a Santa’s Grotto. It’s from 12-7pm both days and is free entry.
Tuesday 14th December – Come together with the community for the annual Carols For Charity event. Free entry (7-9pm).
Wednesday 15th December – Motown comes to the Big Top with the award-winning Tameka Jackson as Diana Ross, performing all of the biggest and best Supremes and Diana Ross hits live. 7pm | Tickets £20 – buy here.
Thursday 16th December – Classical crossover duo Forever Tenors return to Hale Barns after supporting Russell Watson at this year’s Hale Barns Carnival, with their own musical arrangements fusing a range of musical styles from classical to pop. 7.30pm / Tickets £20 – buy here.
Saturday 18th December – The headline event in the tent is the The Hale Barns Carnival – Winter Edition, featuring an alpine foodie village alongside apres-ski-style DJ sets and a headline concert by disco legends Odyssey, who headlined the Hale Barns Carnival back in 2017.
