Here's an exclusive first look inside Unagi, the Pan-Asian street food business that has opened as a spectacular dine-in restaurant in Altrincham.
Named after the Japanese word for freshwater eel, Unagi originally opened in a silver truck on Central Way in 2020.
But after building a loyal following for its sushi and Pan-Asian dishes, Unagi is now opening in a stunning new purpose-built just yards from its original site, next door to the old One Central food hub.
The new restaurant - which is co-owned by The Con Club's David Vanderhook - has 58 covers plus considerable outdoor seating available.
It opens officially to the public on Wednesday 25th October - but we've had an exclusive first look today and a sample of the delicious menu.
