Job description: Wellington School are looking to appoint a number of colleagues to provide learning support to pupils across the secondary age range. We have roles available both supporting our pupils within the classroom and also the following specialist roles:
Emotionally Based School Non-Attendance HLTA
The EBSNA HLTA will be involved in planning the provision for students who are persistently absent due to EBSNA, conducting weekly home visits and working with the students to get them back into school.
Special and Additional Needs Intervention Co-ordinator HLTA
To develop and co-ordinate suitable intervention programmes for students within the SEND department and those with additional educational needs, such as EAL.

Teaching Assistant Actual Salary: from £21,825 (depending on experience)
Specialist Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Actual Salary: from £23,793 (depending on experience)
