Salary: Band 4 Points 12-17 (£26,421 - £28,770 pa)
The Governors of St Vincent’s Catholic Primary School wish to appoint an enthusiastic, highly-motivated, reliable and dedicated site manager who will provide a comprehensive site management service. Duties will include: fire safety and security, minor repairs, liaising with external contractors, monitoring the fabric of the building to ensure the school remains an attractive, clean and safe environment for our school community.
We are looking for:
- Someone who has experience of at least one of the following: plumbing, electrical/building maintenance, general grounds maintenance and DIY, decorating, heating systems, security systems
- Someone who is flexible and well organised
- Someone who can make positive relationships with a variety of stakeholders eg, contractors, governors, cleaners, teachers etc
- Someone who can display a conscientious and logical approach to the tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the school

Salary and other details:
- Band 4 Points 12-17 (£26,421 - £28,770)
- Working pattern: All Year, 26 days leave rising to 31 days after 5 years’ service
- Split shifts Mon – Fri 6:30am – 9.45am and 2:15 – 6:15pm; 36.25 hours per week (flexibility is essential as the post requires emergency call-outs)
- Permanent (subject to successful completion of six-month probationary period)
