Job: PA to Headteacher
Contract: Full time
Hours: Term-time plus 2 weeks. Permanent contract available as soon as possible
Salary: £32,076—£33,945 pro rata pa (£28,867—£30,549 pa actual salary) Scale SO1 points 23-25
Loreto Grammar School is an 11-18 Roman Catholic Grammar School for Girls with Academy status located in Altrincham, in the Borough of Trafford. It is a thriving, successful and over-subscribed school, judged as “Outstanding” by Ofsted in September 2022 and by the Diocese of Shrewsbury. Loreto is a happy place to work.
The Governing Body is seeking to appoint a PA for the Headteacher including support to the governing body.
The successful candidate will be highly organised and an effective communicator with excellent administrative skills. The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a time sensitive and totally confidential way is essential.
Experience of at least a year in a similar significant role is required as are excellent IT skills. The successful candidate will join an established and supportive Loreto community and be expected to commit to the ethos and values of the school.
