Job Title: Sales and Administrative Executive
Reporting to: Vicky Reeves and Katie Hale [Owners/Directors]
Hours: Full time (37.5 hours). Part time hours available if preferred (minimum of 4 days per week).
Salary: £28-32k FTE depending on experience

Job Overview and Key Responsibilities
Job overview
The role will be a hybrid position, covering both Sales and Administrative duties to support all sides of the business.
Sales
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and sales ability to our client base, by seeking to understand their travel needs and tailor making their dream travel plans accordingly.
- Tenacious and proactive sales approach to drive growth of the business.
Organise holidays from start to finish, looking for ways to enhance the clients experience throughout. - Demonstrate local knowledge by supplying travellers with pertinent information about The Algarve and useful travel/holiday material and tips (guides, maps, restaurants, etc)
- Liaise with Portugal partners to coordinate customer holidays and facilitate the arrangements of all concierge offerings.
- Proactive delivery of concierge offerings, informing clients and managing the bookings alongside UK CRM.
Operations
- Website population and management alongside Director
- Support effective adoption and delivery of new ‘Client Booking Portal’
- Liaison with property owners and suppliers to coordinate bookings and client holidays
- Coordination of price lists alongside CRM
- Create directions documents
- Feefo data entry and coordination
- Management of external adverts and prices entry
- Basic administrative tasks
Team liaison
- Work closely with all the team to deliver the best possible client experience to our customers and owners.
- Proactively answering calls to clients and filter accordingly, answering any queries where possible.
- Demonstrate local knowledge where required by supplying travelers with pertinent information about The Algarve and useful travel/holiday material.
- Liaise with Portugal partners to coordinate customer holidays and facilitate the arrangements of concierge offerings alongside the sales team.
- Support the sales team and CRM to provide a seamless service for clients throughout their holiday booking process to manage all enquiries and deal with any issues.
- Build excellent relationships with the ‘on the ground’ team in Portugal to contribute to an excellent team culture.
- Support directors with ad-hoc daily duties when required.
Customer Service
- Provide a seamless service for clients throughout their holiday booking process to manage all enquiries.
- Focus on excellent customer service and deal with any client/owner queries or issues as they arise alongside CRM team (Customer Relations Managers)
- Responsible for a dedicated portfolio of repeat clients to further the business through exceptional customer service and management.
Previous experience required
- Proven successful track record of selling
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Ideally with travel industry experience, however this is not essential
- Experience dealing with difficult customers/situations
- Experience of multi-tasking and operational, process or project management
- Owning or being held accountable for projects
- In depth Administration experience
- Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Working in busy office environment
