Role Overview
We’re seeking an experienced, proactive Property Manager to join our busy and successful Rentals team in Hale. This is a hands-on, client-facing role managing a portfolio of fully let, high-quality residential properties on behalf of private landlords across South Manchester and Cheshire.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing the full tenancy lifecycle - from preparing homes for new tenants and coordinating maintenance, through to managing renewals, compliance, and deposit returns. Our landlords view their properties as valued investments, and our tenants see them as homes - so providing a responsive, personal and professional service is key.
This is not a block or facilities management role. It’s about delivering a premium level of service and building long-term relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties
- Coordinating maintenance works with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Conducting routine property inspections and ensuring compliance
- Preparing and negotiating tenancy renewals
- Overseeing check-ins, check-outs, and deposit returns
- Providing an exceptional standard of customer service at all times
