The position is for a part-time administrative assistant.
The Governors of St Vincent’s Catholic Primary School wish to appoint a highly motivated, proactive and enthusiastic administrative assistant to join our effective front office admin team.
Salary: Band 3 – pt. 6 - 11 (£25,989-£28,142) pro rata.
Hours: 2-3 days per week, term-time only, plus INSET days (39 weeks per academic year). Hours and days to be discussed and agreed on appointment. Working days to include a Friday.
Contract: Permanent contract.

- Someone with excellent administrative, communication and organisational skills, looking to work within a highly effective team.
- Someone with clear and professional communication, with the ability to interact effectively with staff, pupils, parents and governors.
- Someone with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Someone with the ability to handle sensitive information responsibly, understand GDPR and data protection principles.
- Someone proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to handle digital correspondence efficiently. Familiarity with school management systems preferred but not essential.
- Someone who will be committed to supporting the school vision, mission and values.
