Position Overview:
As a Lead Generator, you'll be handling warm leads as a key member of the Applications Team, supporting and contributing to the growth of the Direct Sales department. You'll engage with new leads that come in daily, reaching out to customers and assisting them in completing their applications for SME business loans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling outbound/inbound leads: Take responsibility for managing both incoming and outgoing leads, ensuring a prompt and professional response to inquiries, while proactively seeking new business opportunities and cultivating leads to drive growth.
- Building relationships with customers: Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers, gaining a deep understanding of their needs and providing personalized solutions that build trust and loyalty over time.
- Carrying out effective account management and providing excellent customer service: Oversee the full lifecycle of client accounts, ensuring their needs are consistently met with a high standard of service, resolving issues quickly and efficiently, and ensuring satisfaction with every interaction.
- Guiding the merchant through the whole application journey: Offer expert support and guidance to merchants throughout the entire application process, from the initial inquiry to final approval, ensuring a smooth, seamless experience and addressing any challenges along the way.
- Delivering on your targets (Applications Target, Call Volume, and Talk Time): Consistently meet or exceed performance targets, including the number of applications processed, call volume, and talk time, demonstrating strong time management, efficiency, and a results-oriented approach to your work
About You:
We’re seeking a proactive and driven individual who excels at engaging with potential customers and nurturing leads through the sales process. As a Lead Generator, you’ll need to have strong communication skills, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to build meaningful relationships quickly. You should be comfortable working with warm leads, using various communication channels (phone, email, SMS) to guide prospects toward completing applications or making decisions.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven ability to handle objections professionally with effective communication skills.
- Experience in a phone-based sales environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to quickly connect with others and showcase strong interpersonal abilities.
- Driven by achieving targets and success in meeting monthly goals.
- Willingness and ability to learn, adapt, and accept constructive feedback.
