Job description
Survo is seeking a practice administrator to provide high-quality administrative and organisational support. This role is central to client communication, diary coordination, and professional document production.
Key responsibilities include:
- Client and diary management: Handling inquiries via call or email, managing surveyor diaries, and booking inspections.
- Documentation: Preparing fee proposals and terms of engagement, as well as formatting survey reports and valuations
- Compliance: Managing health and safety records, AML risk assessments, data governance, and CPD requirements.
- Operations: Managing office supplies and equipment, and handling basic bookkeeping and invoice tracking.
- Marketing: Supporting social media tasks and liaising with external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
- Previous property or surveying experience is considered advantageous.
