Here’s an exclusive first look at the apartments that will sit at the heart of The Square in Hale Barns.
Connaught Place, at 300 Hale Road, will comprise 24 two and three-bedroomed apartments, all located within the £30m Square redevelopment.
The apartments, which will start at £249,950 and are being marketed by Gascoigne Halman, will lie just yards from the new Booths supermarket, as well as five as-yet-unnamed shops, restaurants and cafes.
Each apartment will feature Neff kitchen units, Villeroy & Boch bathroom suites and Hansgrohe shower units.
Layout design has been undertaken by boutique design house Earlcrown, with Farrow and Ball painted walls and oak flooring throughout the kitchen, living room and entrance hall.
There will be 10 apartments each on the first and second floors with four penthouses with balconies on the third floor.
Work on The Square redevelopment is due to be completed by the end of the year. The previous 1960s precinct was demolished last July after a five-year battle between developers and local businesses.
