We’ve had an exclusive first look at Côte Brasserie, the French inspired restaurant that has opened on the former site of Hale Grill on Ashley Road.
The private equity-owned chain has completed a £1m+ refurbishment of the 130-cover brasserie, three months after the sudden closure of Hale Grill by owner Living Ventures.
Côte says it has sought to ensure the listed building “retains its character and charm with exposed beams and vaulted ceilings”.
Côte is open from Monday to Friday, 8am-11pm, Saturday from 9am-11pm and Sunday 9am-10:30pm.
