[dropcap=”circle”]A bus collided with a car on Stamford New Road this morning.
Police were called to the incident – which occurred close to the junction with Stamford Street – shortly before 9.55am.
They found a black Ford C-Max had collided with the Stagecoach bus.
Minor injuries were reported but no-one was taken to hospital.
Emergency services say the road was eventually cleared by 11.35.
