A Timperley man has appeared in court charged with making, possessing and distributing an indecent image of a child.
Jason Steven Clarke, 34, of Deansgate Lane, appeared at Manchester Magistrates Court this morning.
He faced one charge of making an indecent video of a child under the age of 17, and three charges of possession of an indecent image and one of distributing the image by uploading a video.
The charges relate to the period between August 1st and October 25th 2016.
The court placed conditions on his bail, including that he have no unsupervised contact with any child under 17.
