Here’s the full list of Altrincham roads being repaired as part of a £4m improvement programme announced by Trafford Council.
The 37 roads or locations – covering the Altrincham, Timperley, Priory, Broadheath, Bowdon and Hale wards – have been identified as a result of residents who report issues direct to the council, as well as what it calls a “rigorous and continuous highway monitoring programme”.

Trafford has said that further improvements are planned from April onwards as part of its 2018/19 road investment programme.
The additional funding has been generated by a higher than anticipated take-up of the Council’s green waste collection service this year, plus increased income from its shares in Manchester Airport.
The council currently maintains 518 miles of road.
