Oxfam has agreed a new lease on its book shop in Altrincham town centre.
The 850 sq ft store at 86 George Street has taken out a new five-year lease.
Regional Property Solutions acted for the landlord, The District Estates Limited. Oxfam represented itself.
The news is another boost for the upper end of George Street, which is already seeing investment from the likes of Everyman Cinema, Treehouse play centre and the proposed redevelopment of Graftons Mall.
