The number one feature that guests look for is a garden! Whether it be for their family or dog to enjoy, a garden is key. Guests also like to be close to local amenities such as a shop or a pub.

Around one in three holidaymakers take their beloved dog on holiday with them. Not everyone can accept a dog in their property due to allergies for example, but if you can, it really does make a difference.
Added value with extra features
Additional features – such as a hot tub for summer and a wood burning stove for the winter – can really make your property stand out. They are always popular with guests – and as it’s your house, you can of course enjoy them too!
Going the extra mile
Extra touches such as welcome packs, a bottle of milk in the fridge and a cake always go down well.
Make sure you also have all the guides for all the appliances and any other information you think the guest may need.
