Underfound and Two Brothers Coffee have been named as the judges' winners in this year's RHS Window Competition in Altrincham town centre.
Barbers and multipurpose creative space Underfound, on Oxford Road, won the Best Dressed Window category, while Two Brothers on Stamford New Road triumphed in the Best Floral Inspiration category.
The competition is coordinated each year by Altrincham BID, who are behind VisitAltrincham.com, and it coincides with the RHS Flower Show Tatton Park which opened today and runs until Sunday.
Having visited all of the businesses taking part, Kathryn Sherwood and Sarah Hills Ingyon, the RHS judges, and guest judge Martin Buckle, President of Altrincham and Sale Chamber of Commerce, explained: “Another year of wonderful displays with so much creativity and style within each of them – congratulations!
"A special mention to the Best Dressed Window winner, Underfound, for their magical fairytale theme which included so much thought and creativity.
"The Con Club, Green Room and Altrincham Barbers also gained distinctions for their displays.
"The Best Floral Inspiration, a new category, went to Two Brothers Coffee, a worthy winner with their colourful and thought-provoking display based on the themes of recycling and upcycling.”
There are two parts to this competition and now it’s time to vote for your favourite in the ‘People’s Choice’, hosted for Altrincham BID by Altrincham Today here.
Simply ‘like’ your favourite to register your vote. The winners will be announced on Monday 24th July.

Altrincham has always been a town that values its green spaces and town centre planting, and this competition perfectly encapsulates our shared love for all things horticulture.
“We are keen to encourage visitors who are using the free shuttle bus service from Altrincham Interchange to the show at Tatton Park, to spend time in Altrincham at either end of the day.
