Boutique bowling brand Lane 7 has confirmed it will open the doors of its new Altrincham venue in July.
The opening - which will create 35 jobs - will be located in the 12,640 sq ft lower ground floor of Foundation, the new leisure and workspace development in the Stamford Quarter.
It will sit alongside three other retail, hospitality and leisure brands - including coffee giant Starbucks - with visitors able to access the venue via Stamford New Road.
It will be open from 3pm to 12am on weekdays, 11am to 12am on Fridays and Saturdays, and 11am to 12am on Sundays.
Lane 7 will represent a completely new leisure offer for Altrincham town centre.
As well as nine state-of-the-art bowling lanes, visitors will be able to play pool, beer pong, shuffleboard, ping pong, darts and karaoke, among a wide array of fun and entertainment.
Lane 7 Altrincham will also feature a bespoke design with interiors inspired by industrial and urban aesthetics, as well as graffiti walls and even disco toilets, adorned with mirror ball-covered ceilings.
There will also be a cocktail menu and an extensive range of beers, ciders and wines, as well as bar snacks.
James Tootle, Head of Retail and Leisure at Bruntwood, said: “We’re thrilled to announce that Lane 7 will open its doors in Foundation this July.
"Lane 7 will offer an exciting and unique leisure destination to this side of Altrincham town centre and the Foundation community.
"This, alongside the growing mix of independent and national hospitality and retail brands will undoubtedly cement the Stamford Quarter as one of the most dynamic places to work, dine, and shop in Greater Manchester.”
Gavin Hughes, Lane7's Managing Director, added: “With our venue in Manchester performing so well, we have been looking for more opportunities in the area.
"We are incredibly excited to bring Lane7’s unique brand of hospitality and entertainment to Altrincham.”
