All the family-friendly events, workshops and holiday clubs in Altrincham this Easter

The free Easter Adventure trail is back, among many other things.

Altrincham is gearing up for a busy Easter season with an array of family-friendly events, workshops and activities scheduled throughout the holidays.

From Friday 11th to Monday 21st April, Altrincham BID's free Easter Adventure trail invites families to help Hare find his mischievous woodland friends hiding in shop windows across town.

Running daily from 10am to 4pm, children who successfully unscramble the special mystery Easter message can claim a special treat at Everyman Altrincham.

The Stamford Quarter will host "Hare's Easter Picnic" on Saturday 12th April from 12pm to 4pm, transforming Stamford Square into a beautiful picnic garden complete with alfresco dining tables and Easter decorations.

The event features characters from Alison Uttley's classic children's book "Hare and The Easter Eggs", live music from the Gershwin Gang, and craft workshops from Sostrene Grene.

Blush Bars will provide a retro horsebox mobile bar serving chilled rosé and a non-alcoholic "Primrose Wine", while visitors can order food directly from Nell's Pizza via QR codes on each table.

For those with green fingers, Bounceback Food is running FREE Community Growing Club Workshops on April 10th, 14th, 15th and 16th. These hands-on gardening and sustainability workshops for children, funded by Altrincham BID, can be booked through Eventbrite.co.uk.

"When the sun shines, our vibrant restaurants, cafés, and bars truly come to life, offering fantastic alfresco dining experiences.

"And for a fun-filled family day out, why not challenge your friends to bowling or karaoke at Lane7, hit the ice at Planet Ice, get creative at Moss Pottery Studio or catch the latest blockbuster at Everyman or Vue. With so much happening, Altrincham is the ultimate Easter destination - come and join the fun!"
