Spanish restaurant Evuna has launched a new spring menu in time for Mother’s Day.
The Stamford New Road restaurant enjoyed huge success when it launched its heat-at-home Spanish Experience Feast back in January.
Now, with Mother’s Day looming on Sunday March 14th, it is launching a menu with a special spring focus – and it’s available to order now.
Evuna has also begun to sell its exclusive range of Spanish wines in packs of three, rather than cases of six, with bottles including Naveran Brut cava, Ondas del Alma Godello white wine that’s ideal with wish, and Gaintus One Night’s Blush, a delicate and elegant rosé.
There’s also a Mother’s Day Trio gift set, a trio of spring wines.
Jane Dowler, Evuna co-owner, said: “Feedback from the original menu was really good, but the challenge for spring was to bring some lighter dishes that still travelled well, where tasty and easy to heat at home in customers’ kitchens.
“I’m so proud of our chefs, and my particular favourites are the swordfish skewers, so succulent with the perfect amount of spice and the lentil salad. We also have lots of customers that do not eat pork so have created a twist on the original Albondigas but with chicken as a lighter option.
“To finish we have still got the perfect paella with various choices and lots of vegetarian options.”
