The first of 31 new apartments at The Downs Quarter are now ready to move into.
The major project, located on The Downs in the town centre, comprises three distinctive buildings named The Blok, The Place and The Works.
The apartments located within The Blok and The Place are the first properties to complete at the development, with the first residents now set to move in.
It's the latest residential development for the McGoff Group, who took over the scheme after it had stalled during Covid when the previous developer went into administration.
The 31 one, two and three-bedroom apartments each feature an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, spacious bedrooms - some with en suite facilities - modern bathrooms and storage.
The Downs Quarter also boasts its own landscaped grounds and open spaces for residents, and there are 46 car parking spaces available to purchase too.
Also available at the development are a limited number of one and two bed apartments with shared ownership, and later in the year there will be a small collection of eight contemporary three-bedroom townhouses, each arranged over three floors.
Prices start from £270,000 for a one bed apartment and from £380,000 for a two bed apartment.
