A new fitness studio and a physiotherapy rehabilitation centre have moved into new premises in Hale.
The new fitness studio, Barrecore, has moved into a 650 sq ft space on the first floor of The Old Barn complex at 30A Park Road on a five-year lease.
The Barrecore regime is a full-body interval training programme with elements of dance, pilates and yoga. It was inspired by barre exercises that give ballerinas their strong, toned physiques.
Sarah Emblow, owner of Barrecore, said: “We are delighted to have expanded our studios to Hale. We were overwhelmed at how quickly the studio in Alderley Edge filled up and so opening Hale was the ideal next step.”
The physiotherapy and rehabilitation centre, Altius Health Care Ltd, has moved into the 1,511 sq ft unit at 30 Park Road on a two-year lease.
Doug Jones, director of Altius Health Care, said: “My vision for this parade is to further enhance the wellness hub for the local residents of Hale and Altrincham. We are excited to be in our new premises delivering an elite standard of care to our customers.”
Altius specialise in providing people who have sporting or non-sporting injuries with the same care that elite athletes enjoy, “helping them to achieve their goals, to live and work better, climb higher and achieve more”.
