Altrincham's new Foundation building is now open for co-workers.

Spaces in the £13.7million development are now available to hire on a Pay as You Go basis.

Amenities within the building - the former site of Rackhams department store in the Stamford Quarter - include a kitchen area with free tea and coffee and super fast WiFi.

Throughout July, guests with PAYG passes will also have complimentary access to Foundation’s on site gym and changing facilities.

Construction work on the Foundation site is nearing completion with Starbucks having recently opened.

Three other hospitality brands - bowling and entertainment venue Lane7, pizza restaurant Nell’s and dim sum kitchen Yum Cha - will opening their doors over the next few weeks.

Foundation - a development by Bruntwood and Trafford Council - incorporates a total of five floors, including three floors of leased workspace.

Workers can hire space in Foundation on a Pay as You Go basis
