Role: Attendance Officer and Pastoral Administrator

Employer: Loreto Grammar

Hours: Part-time — 21 hours per week (Monday and Tuesday 8am-4pm and Wednesday 9am-3pm (some flexibility on the day and hours of the third day may be possible).

Contract: Term-time only plus inset days. Permanent contract with a 6-month probationary period

Salary: £25,119-£25,979 pro rata pa (£12,284-£12,704 actual salary pa) pay award pending

Loreto Grammar School is an 11-18 Roman Catholic Grammar School for Girls with Academy status located in Altrincham. It is a thriving, successful and over-subscribed school, judged as “Outstanding” by Ofsted in September 2022 and by the Diocese of Shrewsbury. Loreto is a happy place to work.

The Governing Body is seeking to appoint a colleague with excellent organisational, communication and IT skills to this important and key role.

Experience of working with children within a school environment is preferred. Confidentiality is key to this role. The successful candidate will join an established and supportive Loreto community and be expected to commit to the ethos and values of the school.
