Two Timperley houses were raided yesterday as part of a crackdown on organised crime.
The properties on Thorsby Road and Wellington Road were two of 15 in Greater Manchester that were searched as part of Operation Gulf.
The warrants were executed at dawn yesterday morning and were part of an ongoing investigation into organised crime groups in Salford.
Nine arrests have been made so far relating to conspiracy to supply class A drugs and money laundering.
Class A drugs worth over £200,000 and £30,000 in cash were also seized.
Superintendent Mark Kenny, of GMP’s Salford division, said: “We are continuing to disrupt and destroy organised crime groups in Salford and across Greater Manchester.
“We want to show our communities that we are listening to them and taking forceful action against those who are trying to ruin our communities. Our aim is to remove those involved in serious crime and to make communities safer as a result.”
