A Timperley tennis club is invited local residents to experience its new state-of-the-art tennis courts at an Open Day on Sunday, April 27th.
Heyes Grove Tennis Club has installed three new all-weather courts over the past year, as well as giving its existing courts a professional deep clean.
This follows previous investments in new floodlights and a comprehensive clubhouse renovation.
The Open Day - which will run from 2 to 5pm - coincides with the club's new membership season and will give visitors the opportunity to try the courts, meet coaches and current members, and learn about the various opportunities available.
These include men’s, ladies, junior practice and team tennis, junior sessions throughout the week, a dedicated beginners’ group session, private coaching and regular social tennis.
"We welcome everyone to come down on 27th April to see what Heyes Grove can offer," said Matt Richardson, Membership Secretary.

"We have a great location central to Timperley just off Park Road and we offer a wide range of tennis for everyone."
He added: "Heyes Grove is an exceptionally welcoming community tennis club that caters to tennis players of all ages and abilities and it also features a wide ranging social calendar. We have a great venue available for private functions - and we’ve hosted everything from children’s parties to christenings, evening functions and even a wedding reception.”
As an added incentive, children who participate can receive a free tennis racket and balls when parents register on the LTA website for the event.
Located on Stoney Bridge Lane, the club is accessible via Park Road opposite Nisa, or on foot from Buckingham Way Park. Those interested can book a free session through the ClubSpark website or contact info@heyesgrove.com for more information.
