It's the lifestyle brand's first store in Greater Manchester.

The new Crew Clothing store on George Street

British lifestyle brand Crew Clothing is set to open its first Greater Manchester location in Altrincham this Thursday - and Altrincham Today got an exclusive first look inside the new store.

The 1,200 sq ft shop, located in the former Altrincham FC unit on George Street, showcases the brand's signature coastal-inspired collections across both menswear and womenswear.

How the new George Street shop looks

Our exclusive tour revealed the store's bright, airy interior featuring Crew's trademark navy and white aesthetic, with wooden fixtures showcasing their popular heritage rugby shirts, smart-casual tailoring and classic Breton stripe designs.

Early birds will be rewarded with exclusive opening offers, with the first 20 customers through the doors receiving special gift cards - including one lucky shopper who'll walk away with a £100 gift card.

Additionally, customers spending over £75 will receive a complimentary gift, while all visitors can enjoy a "sip while you shop" experience with free Nyetimber.

The opening creates 10 new jobs in the area and marks another significant addition to the Stamford Quarter, joining retailers including Mountain Warehouse, Parasol, Utility and Sostrene Grene.

James Tootle, Bruntwood's Head of Retail & Leisure, told us: "Crew Clothing is the perfect addition to the Stamford Quarter and its vibrant mix of retailers. The brand's heritage and hugely popular clothing range will be a hit with shoppers from the local area and further afield."

Founded in Salcombe in 1993, Crew Clothing now boasts over 100 high-street stores across the UK, with the Altrincham location marking their first venture into Greater Manchester.
