One of Altrincham's most highly-regarded restaurants is now available to hire - with what the owners say is a "unique" offer.
Blanchflower opened on Shaw's Road in 2017 and has since established a reputation as one of the town's favourite venues for brunch and lunch.
But, apart from occasionally hosting dinner events on Fridays, the restaurant has opted not to open in the evening.
Now, however, Blanchflower is available to hire out for parties and other events - and co-owner Phil Howells says it is a highly unusual opportunity for anyone looking for a premium experience.
He said: "What's unique about it is that we have a real restaurant kitchen here capable of making really exceptional food, which is not open on a Saturday. That's really, really unusual.
"Most restaurant kitchens open on a Saturday night because it's the biggest night of the week, but we don't.
"That means people have the very rare opportunity to have a premium restaurant experience all to themselves on a Saturday night."
Blanchflower can cater for up to 50 diners, or has room for up to 90 for parties without sit-down dining.
Diners will be able to choose from carefully crafted menus priced at either £15 or £25 a head.
Howells, who enjoyed a career in the record industry before moving into hospitality, said he was excited by the prospect of hosting parties again - having carved out a reputation for "super legendary" events when A&R man for London Records.
"I have a history of putting on parties going back to the 90s," he said. "I understand how to put on a good one!"
